Online School Payments for Activity Fees, Field Trips, etc.

Waugh Chapel Elementary is part of a pilot program for Online School Payments. This means that you can pay Activity Fees, Field Trips, etc. online for a 4% convenience fee. Please find attached the directions for Online School Payments (OSP).

New: Bus Band System for Sub-buses

We will be switching to a Bus Band system this year in order to alleviate that confusion when they send us sub buses! Your child will always ride the same color. Each bus rider will come home with a bus band on their arm. More information forthcoming about your child’s bus band!

ELEMENTARY SUMMER ACADEMY – JULY 9-AUGUST 2, 2018

The Elementary Summer Academy program is designed for students currently in Grades K-5 who wish to maintain their reading and math skills throughout the summer in a relaxed, positive setting. Tuition is $250 per student. Tuition Reduction is available for qualified students. Please note that transportation is not provided. This year’s sites are:

Glendale Quarterfield
Lothian Shipley’s Choice

The Elementary Summer Academy will run July 9-August 2, 2018. Classes meet Monday-Thursday from 8:30 am-12:15 pm.

Registration is currently closed. No late registrations will be accepted.
